From charming boutique shops and mouthwatering restaurants to trusted home builders, service providers, banks and schools, it’s our local entrepreneurs who keep this community thriving. And behind so many of those success stories is one tireless advocate, the biggest cheerleader and go-to resource for business development, outreach and community engagement—Leslie Jingluski, executive director of Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce.

From organizing, planning and executing some of the county’s most beloved events and annual traditions—like the Kilmarnock Christmas Parade and Taste on the Point—to compiling and editing the annual Chamber of Commerce Visitor’s Guide, Jingluski wears more hats than most people could count. And she wears them well.
