IRVINGTON—Julien Patterson and Terri Wesselman have initiated a proposed change in zoning for a 128-acre tract at White Fences Drive and Irvington Road from low to medium density housing (R2) to neighborhood business zoning (B1).
Given the scale and nature of the proposed project, a non-town sanctioned informational presentation was held at Compass Entertainment Complex on Tuesday, September 8.
Patterson and Wesselman, who have developed a number of businesses throughout Lancaster County over the last decade, provided a large group of concerned and interested citizens with information regarding what they are calling a “Village Overlay” concept.
