Property owners in sewer project area reminded to complete documentation

by Lisa Hinton-Valdrighi

WHITE STONE—Property owners within White Stone’s phase one sewer project area are urged to complete their easement and/or user agreements as soon as possible, said town manager Patrick Frere.

Additionally, the documents need to be notarized when they are signed.

To complete the easement and user agreements, Frere, along with Mayor Randy Reeves and several town council members, will hold a signing day of sorts from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 14, at Town Hall, 433 Rappahannock Drive, White Stone. A Notary Public also will be available for signings.

“If you are in the project area” and have not already signed an agreement, “you are encouraged to come to the town office Saturday to review the information for your property,” said Frere.

The phase one project area includes the Woods Drive neighborhood and additional homes along Irvington Road through the middle of town and extending east along Chesapeake Drive to Mosquito Point Road. The area includes businesses in the center of town.

If land and home owners are unsure if their property is part of the first sewage project area, they should contact Frere at 435-3260.
