IRVINGTON—It appears a proposed ordinance for planned unit developments (PUD) is over for everyone but the planning commission.
At last week’s commission meeting, chairman Bill Young, member Frank Tetrick and council liaison Mike Merrill continued to discuss options to an ordinance that would include townhouses, but with less density.
