
If you’ve ever been down Main Street in Kilmarnock and spotted the colorful sign that says, “Rappahannock Hang-Ups,” you may think, “This must be a hammock shop,” but upon closer inspection you see the rest of the name—Frame Shop and Art Gallery.
Founded in 1981, Rappahannock Hang-Ups has been a cornerstone of the local arts scene for over 40 years.
Works by co-owner Lara Kelley and two other artists whose work is on prominent display in the art gallery moved some of their best pieces to Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury’s Gallery Hall as the featured artists for January. Their work will remain on display through the end of….
