Rappahannock Community College, in partnership with the Solar Hands-On Instructional Network of Excellence (SHINE), will offer SHINE Solar 101 March 26 to 27 and April 9 to 10. The classes are held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days of the session.
OSHA-10 training must be completed (online) and certificate achieved prior to the first day of the class, reported media services manager Michele Inderrieden.
Through a combination of classroom and in-the-field instruction, students who complete the SHINE Solar 101 course will learn basic construction skills and safety, basic photovoltaic circuitry concepts, how to install….There's more to this story...
