
For years, Allie Cole put her own dreams on hold.
She spent her early 20s focused on raising her family, making sure her children had everything they needed before thinking about her own career. But as her children grew, so did a quiet calling to help others, especially those struggling with mental health challenges.
That calling led her to Rappahannock Community College.
