With the addition earlier this year of Kelvin Evans and Jason Perry to the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck board of directors, BGCNN is reinforcing its connection with both Lancaster County Public Schools and Rappahannock Community College for the benefit of its youth membership, according to a recent press release.
