Lancaster High School coaches Draper Washington and Jim Timm already know they’ll be taking seven competitors to the state indoor track meet later this month.
Junior speedster Chris Dameron tops that list and has already qualified for the state meet in three events. The Red Devils runners have competed in three meets this season, where competitors are allowed to meet state-qualifying standards. The Group 1A meet will be held February 21 and 22 at Roanoke College. The Region 1A meet will be Tuesday and Wednesday, February 13 and 14, at the Arthur Ashe Center in Richmond…
