Rep. Rob Wittman to speak at the 129th Holly Ball

Queen Nathalie Elizabeth Biddlecomb of Reedville has chosen Rep. Rob Wittman to orate the 129th Holly Ball at 7 p.m. Saturday, December 27, at Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club.   

The Holly Ball is a black tie invitational charity event that benefits the Tidewater Foundation, reported publicity chairman Patricia Gallagher. Proceeds reach the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula communities through grants from the foundation.

Eighteen young ladies will be presented including Hailey Michelle Bruce, Anna Elizabeth Carey, Grace Leontine Etherington, Ellie Grace Franklin, Leah Maryn Gallagher, Reagan Elizabeth Harding, Lily Grace Hathaway, Kaley Marie Litzinger, Anne Sterling Motley, Olivia Grace Newsome, Samantha Brie O’Bier, Olivia Teagan Packett-Beck, Ryland Christopher Pearson, Alexandra Westley Perez, Kelsie Sloan Rogers, Anne Tyler Shackleford, Elizabeth Wynne Smith and Layton Edith Trible.

Each year the reigning queen selects an outstanding member of the community to provide the annual oration on a topic relating to the spirit and origin of the ball.
