First District Rep. Rob Wittman recently visited Rappahannock Community College (RCC) with Acting Secretary of Labor Keith Sonderling.
The visit allowed Rep. Wittman and Secretary Sonderling to see how RCC is helping to meet workforce demands, strengthen apprenticeship pathways and create economic opportunity.
