Northern Neck Rotary Club president Brandon Frazier (right) presents Rev. John H. Farmer the Northern Neck Rotary Club's 2017 Community Service Award Saturday during the Northern Neck Rotary Club's 27th annual CAPINNE fundraiser. The pastor of Irvington Baptist Church, Rev.
