Richard Henry Lee Chapter celebrates 50th anniversary

The Rappahannock River Yacht Club (RRYC) will again organize a patriotic decorated boat parade on Carter Creek to celebrate Independence Day weekend. The parade will be held from 2-3:30 p.m. Friday, July 3, prior to a Band on the Barge concert at 5:30 p.m.
The parade will begin near Custom Yachts on Carter Creek, venture past the Tides Inn and return to the western branch….
