The Rise & Fall Festival, presented by the Essex County Museum and its community partners, will be held September 25 through 27 in Tappahannock. The festival will highlight history, culture, music and storytelling that celebrates the people, places and traditions of the region and the Rappahannock River.
Activities will be held in the Essex County Museum’s Max Silver Memorial Courtyard, 218 South Water Lane, Tappahannock.
