The Rappahannock River Yacht Club on December 7 installed a new slate of officers for 2020 with experienced sailor Danielle Kuper in charge as commodore.
The first lady at the club’s helm since 2000, she is well-prepared, having served as vice-commodore, said news director Tom Wicks.
