The Northern Neck Sail and Power Squadron will offer a Safe Boating Course from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. January 14 and 21 at the NNSPS Classroom, Chesapeake Commons, 453C North Main Street, Kilmarnock.
Graduates will qualify for the Virginia State boating education requirement and receive a Virginia Boating Education Card, reported Ray Reuter. This course includes hands-on training in boat handling using a Boating Safety Virtual Trainer.
