Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against seven individuals.
Felonies
Dari’k Juane’ Reed, male, 27, of 17 Pond Park Road, Lancaster, was charged August 27 with revocation of suspension of sentence and probation on the underlying charge of manufacturing, selling, giving, distributing or possessing with the intent to manufacture, sell, give or distribute a controlled substance.
Timothy Lee Abbott, 41, of 330 James B. Jones Memorial Highway, Kilmarnock, was charged August 30 with knowingly communicating in writing a threat to kill or do bodily injury to a person, regarding that person or a family member and the threat places such person in reasonable apprehension of death or bodily injury to such person or family member.
Misdemeanors
A White Stone man, 41, was charged August 27 with two counts of violating a provision of an emergency protective order, petit larceny, and trespassing after having been forbidden to do so.
A Saluda man, 23, was charged August 30 with driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
A Heathsville man, 44, was charged August 31 with driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
A Hagerstown, Md. woman, 31, was charged September 1 with driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
A Knoxville, Md. man, 40, was charged September 1 with driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

August 25: Staff responded to the 600 block of North Main Street for stalking, to the 2000 block of Morattico Road for an adult welfare check, and to Rivers Landing Drive for a disabled vehicle.
August 26: Staff responded to the 1000 block of White Chapel Road for a verbal dispute, to the 1000 block of Beanes Road for phone harassment, to James Wharf and Mary Ball roads for a traffic complaint, to the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for a disabled vehicle, to the 100 block of Irvington Road for the report of legal advice, to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for the report of threats, and to the 5000 block of White Chapel Road for an adult welfare check.
August 27: Staff responded to the 1000 block of Lara Road for legal advice, to the 200 block of Norwood Church Road for gunshots in the late evening hours, and to Pinckardsville Road for gunshots in the late evening hours.
August 28: Staff responded to Devils Bottom and Pond Park roads for a disabled vehicle, to Mary Ball and Kamps Mill roads for a disabled vehicle, to the 1000 block of Windmill Point Road for littering, and to the 100 block of Mulberry Creek Road for a domestic disturbance.
August 29: Staff responded to the the 1000 block of Pinckardsville Road for larceny, and to Weems Road and Tom Morris Drive for a downed tree.
August 30: Staff responded to the 40 block of East Senora Road for a larceny.
August 31: Staff responded to the 3000 block of Mary Ball Road for an assault, to the 40 block of Green Road for a verbal dispute, and to the 9000 block of Mary Ball Road for a disabled vehicle.
Staff also conducted 32 traffic stops, issued 29 summonses, assisted two motorists, recorded four deer strike accidents, handled a request for traffic control, investigated seven building alarms, processed a mental health order, logged three inmate transports, received six E911 hang up calls, and fielded three calls for animal control service.
Fire calls
White Stone and Kilmarnock volunteer fire departments responded to a fire alarm at 91 York Road. Kilmarnock, White Stone and Upper Lancaster departments responded to a brush fire at 141 Pine Drive.
White Stone VFD also responded to a brush fire at 505 Scott Road, a fire alarm at 239 Pop Castle Road and a carbon monoxide alarm at 416 Steamboat Road.
Upper Lancaster and Kilmarnock departments also responded to a residential structure fire at 2448 Merry Point Road.
