Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against individuals.
Felony
Trevin Javon Anderson, 30, of White Stone, was charged February 17 with robbery/carjacking, intentionally damaging property valued at over $1,000, three counts of abuse/neglect of a child: reckless disregard for life, unauthorized use of a vehicle valued at over $1,000, two counts of escaping custody without force, from a law enforcement officer on a charge of a felony, four counts of assault, intentionally attempting to prevent a law enforcement officer from lawfully arresting the accused, making a false report to law enforcement with intent to interfere with the performance of his duties, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and unreasonably refusing a breath sample for a chemical test after being arrested for driving while intoxicated.
Misdemeanors
A Lancaster man, 53, was charged February 15 with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving.
A Newport News woman, 37, was charged February 15 with failure to appear in court.
A Lancaster man, 23, was charged February 20 with driving while intoxicated, first offense, BAC .20-.25%, and reckless driving.
A Lancaster woman, 25, was charged (no date given) for contempt of court, failure to appear.

February 15: Staff responded to the 100 block of Lively Oaks Road for obtaining money by false pretense, to the 8300 block of Mary Ball Road for a vehicle in the ditch, and to the 1800 block of Windmill Point Road for stolen prescription narcotics.
February 16: Staff responded to the 100 block of Old Fairground Way to assist Kilmarnock Police Department (KPD) with a fight in progress, to the 8600 block of Mary Ball Road to assist Virginia State Police (VSP) with a wanted person located on a traffic stop, to the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for a two-vehicle traffic crash, to the 800 block of Nuttsville Road for a fight in progress involving several people, and to the 300 block of Waverly Avenue for a medical condition caused by the inhalation of a narcotic.
February 17: Staff responded to Crab Point Road for carjacking and assault, to Peake Road for a suspicious person, and to the 100 block of Shalem Place to check the welfare of juvenile residents.
February 18: Staff responded to the 900 block of Ocran Road for larceny of jewelry, and to the 19100 block of Mary Ball Road for a single-vehicle traffic crash.
February 19: Staff responded to the 100 block of Flats Lane for an abandoned vehicle, to the 700 block of Christ Church Road for a verbal dispute, and to the 500 block of Rappahannock Drive for the unauthorized use of a vehicle.
February 20: Staff responded to the 100 block of Methodist Church Road for a single-vehicle traffic crash, to White Chapel and Mary Ball roads to assist VSP with a wanted person on a traffic stop, to the 100 block of Washington Street for vandalism to a yard fence, to Peirces and Morattico roads for a vehicle stopped in the roadway, to the 100 block of Morattico Road for 20-30 gunshots heard in the late evening hours, and responded to Weems and Lumberlost roads for lumber in the roadway.
February 21: Staff responded to the 4600 block of Morattico Road for a single-vehicle traffic crash versus a tree, to the 100 block of Fawn Knoll Lane to assist emergency medical services with an unresponsive person, and to the 500 block of North Main Street to assist KPD with a fight in progress.
Staff also conducted eight traffic stops, issued four summonses, assisted a motorist, recorded two deer strike accidents, handled three calls for traffic control, investigated three building alarms, processed a mental health order, logged two inmate transports, received 34 E911 hang-up calls, and fielded three calls for animal control service.
Fire calls
White Stone Volunteer Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire on Bald Eagle Point Road and to a fire/smoke alarm on Squires Road.
Kilmarnock VFD responded to a vehicle fire on Irvington Road and with Upper Lancaster VFD to a structure fire on Gaines Road.
Northumberland County Sheriff Johnny Beauchamp this week reported charges against 11 individuals.
Felony
George Anthony Pizzola, 34, of Manassas was charged February 22 with one count of possession of a Schedule I/II drug, two felony counts of possession of a Schedule I/II drug with the intent to sell/distribute, and misdemeanors of driving on a revoked/suspended license and possession of controlled paraphernalia. A summons also was issued for possession of black jacks/knuckles.

A Burgess man, 29, was charged February 8 with reckless handling of a firearm.
A Heathsville man, 19, was charged February 8 with damaging property.
A Lottsburg man, 55, was charged February 9 with indecent exposure.
A Newport News man, 23, was charged February 15 on a capias/attachment of the body for failing to appear in the Northumberland County General District Court with the underlying charge of false identity to a law enforcement officer.
A Lancaster County man, 29, was charged February 15 with driving a motor vehicle on a revoked or suspended license.
A Lottsburg man, 23, was charged February 17 with failing to appear in the Northumberland County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court for an original charge of holding an open title and altered or forged license plate.
A Burgess man, 29, was charged February 18 with sexual battery of a 16 year old.
A Heathsville man, 19, was charged February 18 with violating a protective order.
A Colorado man, 53, was charged February 18 with trespassing after being forbidden to do so.
A Wicomico Church man, 65, was charged February 19 with assault and battery.
