Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against six individuals.
Felonies
Steve Deroger Lee Waller Jr., 27, of Kilmarnock was charged October 16 with violation of probation on a felony offense.
Donovan Ramon Gregory, 25, of White Stone was charged October 18 two counts of violation of probation on two misdemeanor offenses.
Shemeke Shavon Ball, 32, of Heathsville, was charged October 19 with driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving a motor vehicle on the highway at a speed of 71 miles per hour, which was in excess of the applicable maximum speed limit of 55 miles per hour.
Misdemeanors
A Lancaster woman, 36, was charged October 15 with appearing in public in an intoxicated condition.
A Lancaster man, 20, was charged October 17 with assault and battery and disorderly conduct.
A Lancaster man, 19, was charged October 17 with assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

October 14: Staff responded to the 400 Block of Johns Neck Road for an adult welfare check, to the 300 block of Chases Road for a disabled vehicle, to Irvington and Christ Church roads for a suspicious person, to White Chapel Road for a downed tree, to the 2000 block of White Chapel Road for a larceny, to the 300 block of Lumberlost Trail for a fight in progress, and to the 50 block of East Cove for a child welfare check.
October 15: Staff responded to 1000 Block of White Chapel Road for a domestic disturbance, to the 90 block of King Carter Drive for destruction of property, to the 10 block of Marina Road for a suspicious vehicle, to the 400 block of Harpers Creek Drive for suspicious activity, to the 500 block of Wilson Lane for identity theft, and to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for a subject brandishing a firearm.
October 16: Staff responded to Mary Ball and Goodluck roads for a disabled vehicle, to the 700 block of Ottoman Ferry Road for a larceny, to the 400 block of Doggett Lane for a suspicious vehicle, and to the 900 block of Rappahannock Drive for an adult welfare check.
October 17: Staff responded to Mary Ball and Goodluck roads for a disabled vehicle, to the 700 block of Ottoman Ferry Road for a larceny, to the 400 block of Doggett Lane for a suspicious vehicle, and to the 900 block of Rappahannock Drive for an adult welfare check.
October 18: Staff responded to the 1100 Block of Devils Bottom Road for suspicious activity, to the 300 block of West Bay Drive for a larceny, to the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for a disabled vehicle, to Waddeytown Road for legal advice, to the 3000 block of Lara Road for legal advice, to Regina and Sweet Gum roads for a reckless driver, and to the 30 block of Brent Court for a larceny.
October 19: Staff responded to the 11000 Block of River Road for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and to Goodluck and Campbell roads for gunshots in the late evening hours.
October 20: Staff responded to the 40 Block of Levelfields Lane for a break and entering, to the 600 block of Rappahannock Drive for trespassing, to the 900 block of Ocran Road for credit card fraud, to Norris Bridge for debris in the highway, and to the 500 block of Hoecake Road for suspicious activity.
Staff also conducted 34 traffic stops, issued 231 summonses, assisted two motorists, recorded five deer strike accidents, handled a request for traffic control, investigated four building alarms, processed a mental health order, logged four inmate transports, received five E911 hang up calls, and fielded a call for animal control service.
Fire calls
Kilmarnock Volunteer fire Department responded to a barn fire at 1015 Whays Creek road, a brush fire at 585 Berkeley Forest road and an electrical fire at 570 East Fairway Drive.
White Stone VFD responded to a fire alarm at 988 Indiantown road.
Upper Lancaster VFD responded to an electrical fire at 127 Foster Lane.
Northumberland County Sheriff Johnny Beauchamp this week reported charges against 11 individuals.
Felonies
Gary Patrick Lyons, 58, of Heathsville was charged October 2 with two counts of assault on law enforcement, two counts of obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct.
Kevin Ray Cunningham, 36. of Callao was charged October 3 on a capias to show cause issued from the Northumberland County Circuit Court for violating probation. He was served by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
Carlos Antonio Liverpool, 44, of Burgess was charged October 3 on a capias to show cause issued from the Northumberland County Circuit Court for a probation violation. He also was charged with credit card larceny, credit card fraud and identification theft.
Cheryl Jeanette Anderson, 60, of Burgess was charged October 9 with credit card larceny and petit larceny.
Donte Steffon Sutton, 27, of Warsaw was charged October 14 on a capias to show cause issued from the Northumberland County Circuit Court for violating his conditions of his probation by obtaining new charges. He was charged by the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
Misdemeanors
A Heathsville man, 22, was charged October 1 with violating a protective order.
A Kilmarnock man, 20, was charged October 2 with credit card fraud. This was a Lancaster County warrant served by the Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
A Heathsville man, 41, was charged October 3 with being drunk in public.
A Heathsville man, 39, was charged October 7 on a capias/attachment of the body issued from the Hanover County General District Court on original charges of driving suspended, second offense, counterfeit inspection sticker and possessing a title issued to another person. He was served by the Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
A Callao man, 28, was charged October 9 with trespassing after being forbidden to do so.
A Lottsburg man, 65, was charged October 16 with two counts of brandishing a firearm and two counts of assault.
