WARSAW—At approximately 6:19 p.m. on Wednesday, January 1, the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance from the Virginia State Police (VSP) to execute an arrest warrant on Derrick A. Elseth Jr., 24, of Warsaw, at a residence in the 1000 block of Finch’s Hill Road.
Two Richmond County deputies and a VSP trooper arrived at the location and were granted entrance into the residence by another adult, reported VSP Division One public information officer Sgt. Keeli L. Hill.
