The Rappahannock Pistol & Rifle Club on July 22 conducted two matches featuring rim-fire rifles.
In the first match, a bench rest competition at 50 yards, the division open to any rim-fire caliber was won by Tom Smith. Isabella Gill, the daughter of club member Clayton Gill, took second and Ted Haynie, third. Joe Urban won the division restricted to .22 Long Rifle.
