Snow drive
Large flakes were still coming down in Heathsville Monday morning, giving everything a wintery coat. Those who had to go out in the storm encountered many scenes like this. While the snow turned to rain by midday, winter storm warnings continued into Tuesday, January 7. School, local government offices and many businesses were closed on Monday. For the rest of the week, nighttime temperatures will remain in the lower 20s while daytime temperatures will climb to higher 30s. Photo by Jackie Nunnery
