Soul Expressions will take the stage Friday, June 11, at Town Centre Park, 150 North Main Street, Kilmarnock. The concert will mark the start of the Music on the Half Shell Stage for 2021.
“We are excited to take this next step as we move to the ‘new normal’ after the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Mayor Mae Umphlett.
Gates will open at 6 p.m. and the music will begin at 7 p.m. Town Centre Park will observe Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state guidelines for events and gatherings.
