Sound bath sessions now organizing

Belinda Gaskins wants everyone to enjoy the benefits of sound baths, so during November she’s offering free sessions at the Lancaster Community Library, 16 Town Centre Drive, Kilmarnock.

A certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Gaskins held her first session last week and will hold another from 5:30-6:30 p.m today, November 17.

“I really believe in the benefits of this and just want as many people to experience it as can, regardless of money,” she said.

Gaskins has launched a new business, Northern Neck Sound Bath & Sound Healing.
