Part of the mission of the St. Andrews Presbyterian Church is reaching out to the community and that’s what the members did on February 27 when they delivered starter libraries to 54 four-year-olds in the pre-K program at Lancaster Primary School.
Each child received five free books and members from the Lancaster Sheriff’s Office and the Virginia State Police read one of the books to a classroom of students.
