Over a year in the making, “Steamboats on the Chesapeake” will premier December 10 and 11 at Compass Cinema Six, Compass Entertainment Complex, 100 Entertainment Drive, Irvington. Ken Sparks, the composer of the film’s theme song, will perform it before the movie begins.
