The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck (BGCNN) recently introduced “Story Ty-me” featuring Ty the Flat-coated Retriever.
Patricia Burchill, language arts teacher at St. Clare Walker Middle School, brought her trained service dog, Ty, to the club for the first in a series of story time sessions to encourage youth to find enjoyment and build confidence in reading.
