STRATFORD—Stratford Hall recently announced the receipt of a $500,000 grant from the Virginia Department of Historic Resources to complete critical preservation work and enhance the visitor experience, further promoting heritage tourism activities in the Northern Neck.
A ceremonial check presentation took place Wednesday, October 16, at the Westmoreland County Board of Supervisors meeting, where the county formally presented the funds to Stratford Hall president Karen L. Daly.
