Carnival time
Volunteers added finishing touches to the rides and game booths last week for the 88th annual Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department Firemen’s Festival, which will open at 7 p.m. July 27 at the KVFD Carnival Grounds, 200 Waverly Avenue, Kilmarnock.
