KILMARNOCK—Police chief Mike Bedell this week confirmed there have been four thefts of items from vehicles during the past month, including three incidents last week.
The thefts took place between Town Centre Drive and School Street, said Bedell. In each incident, a suspect or suspects entered unlocked vehicles and confiscated valuables such as purses, cell phones and cash.
