KILMARNOCK—Thomas Owen Luichinger, 81, of Kilmarnock passed away on September 21, 2018. He was a retired chief petty officer with the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Eleanor Dean Luichinger; children, Thomas Owen Luichinger II, Karen Elizabeth Giaconetti, Tina Marie Luichinger and David Eric Luichinger; five grandchildren, Jason Mathews, Andrew Mathews, Katy Mathews, Thomas Owen Luichinger III and Kerstein Luichinger and his caregiver and beloved friend, Kaneshia Jones.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, October 1, at Grace Episcopal Church, Kilmarnock. Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery.
