Ticket hike

The Irvington Crab Festival will be held from 4-8 p.m. September 17 at the Irvington Town Commons, 98 King Carter Drive, Irvington. Above, Eric Nost serves crabs at the 2021 Irvington Crab Festival. Admission will increase from $60 to $75 on Wednesday, August 17. Admission for children 5-12 is $20. Children younger than age 5 are free. Purchase tickets at steamboateramuseum.org, at the Steamboat Era Museum, 156 King Carter Drive, Irvington, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursdays through Mondays (1-4 p.m. Sundays), or call 438-6888 during museum hours. Sponsorships are still available, call the museum.
