Officials with Virginia Motor Speedway (VMS) and the FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance on Wednesday, July 17, postponed the $3,000 to win Northern Neck Chevrolet Prelude to the World Championship due to forecasted heat indexes above 110 degrees.
