Tourney benefits fire departments

The third annual Lancaster County Volunteer Fire Department Golf Tournament at Golden Eagle Golf Course on Friday, September 27, raised $28,900. From left are Dan Saunders of White Stone Volunteer Fire Department, Roy Hall of Kilmarnock VFD and Danny Akers and Toby Sisson of Upper Lancaster VFD. Some 26 teams participated in the benefit tournament. First flight winners were Hunter Edwards, Steve Pittman, Allen Whitaker and Ben Pittman. Second flight winners were Top Allaun, Cameron Forrester, Rich Ferraro and Ed Pittman.
