With two championships under their belts, the Lancaster High School golfers have their sights set on the Class 1 title.

The Red Devils won the Region 1A trophy easily on Tuesday, September 30, beating runner-up Northumberland by 26 strokes at the Golden Eagle Golf Club. This was after a narrow victory over Rappahannock in the Northern Neck District championship tournament two weeks ago in Tappahannock.
Lancaster shot a team low 326 for the regional title, while Northumberland was second with 354, edging out third place Rappahannock by a stroke for a berth in the state championships at Hobbs Hole Golf Course on Monday, October 13.
Tyler Brent of Lancaster also won his second straight gold….
