Program technicians Carol Ransone and Wanda Bishop, both of Lancaster County, retired from the Northern Neck Farm Service Agency on December 31, 2017.
They both started work in the Lancaster County ASCS office then the four counties combined into the Northern Neck FSA office in 1986 where they both finished their careers, said county executive director Sherina Logan.
Ransone has 31½ years of dedicated service and Bishop has 39 years and 10 months of dedicated service.
“We wish them much success in their retirement and they will be greatly missed in the faming community,” said Logan.
