Free books
The Lancaster Community Library recently announced Porch Delivery, a program to distribute free books. For adults, about five books are delivered from the Attic Bookstore based upon a patron’s interests. Kids’ packs are comprised of new Scholastic books and activities.
Contact the library at 435-1729 X18 or library@lancasterlibrary.org. The phone system operates during the hours when the library is normally open, 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays; 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; and 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturdays.
