Paint Night
RAL Art Center, 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock, will hold a Paint Night from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, June 24. The project will be “Summer Night Shimmers.” The instructor will be Juli Schuszler.

Enon Hall
The Lancaster Virginia Historical Society’s Zooming In On Local History: Virtual Speaker Series will continue at 3 p.m. Thursday, June 24, with “Old House Adventures at Enon Hall: History and Restoration at the Hathaway Ancestral Home,” by William “Bill” Hathaway Chapman.
The program is free for members and $5 for others. Register at www.mkt.com/maryball or 462-7280. A valid email address is required. Registration to view the live broadcast closes at noon on the day of the program. Afterwards, people can sign up for access to watch a recording.
Art heist
The RAL Art Center, 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock, will celebrate the Great Art Heist from 4-8 p.m. June 26. Tickets to the Great Art Heist are $100 for members and $125 for others.

Park concerts
Music by the River at Belle Isle State Park, 1632 Belle Isle Road, Lancaster, will continue at 6 p.m. Saturdays, July 10 with Faron Hamblin and July 17 with Patsy & The Country Classics.
A limited number of picnic tables will be available. Bring lawn chairs or blankets. There is a $5 parking fee payable at the park entrance. For directions, or to confirm show in case of inclement weather, call 462-5030.
Theater tickets
The Lancaster Players will present “Opal’s Million Dollar Duck” at 8 p.m. July 23-24, 30-31 and August 6-7; and 3 p.m. July 25 and August 1 at The Lancaster Playhouse, 361 Chesapeake Drive, White Stone. Doors will open one hour prior to performances.
