At 10:30 a.m. Sunday, March 29, at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock, 366 James Wharf Road, White Stone, Edward Correia will deliver the first of three talks addressing the differences between Eastern and Western Religions.
Talk 1 will examine why Eastern and Western religions evolved differently, reported Tom Parrish. Eastern religions tend to emphasize finding wisdom from within through meditation and self-examination. Western religions believe truth is revealed by an external transcendental God.
