VCU Health went live with Epic, a modern electronic health record (EHR), at most of its Virginia locations in December 2021.
On March 5, VCU Health Tappahannock Hospital and its VCU Health System provider practices in the Northern Neck will join VCU Health’s Epic network. This marks a significant final step in VCU Health’s acquisition of Tappahannock Hospital and allows for more seamless communication and flow of clinical information throughout the system.
