On Friday and Saturday, November 4 and 5, Dug In Farms, 155 Fleets Bay Road, White Stone, will offer light and dark Cardenas Balsamic Vinegars on slices of freshly baked bread. The tastings will be held from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Supplied by the Cardenas family out of the Little Italy neighborhood in Philadelphia, the white vinegar features a light, sweet and smooth taste, while the dark vinegar has a thick consistency and decadently rich flavor, reported Dug In Farms owner Carolyn Quinn.
On Friday, farm visitors can try a splash of these small-batch balsamic vinegars in Bex’s homemade Cozy Autumn Wild Rice Soup.
