
This weekend the White Stone firehouse will be filled with paintings, carvings, sculpture and photography from artists, carvers and photographers for the 41st Rappahannock River Waterfowl Show.
Original paintings, prints, decorative carvings, working decoys, folk art carvings, bronze sculpture, photography and antique decoys will feature a variety of wildfowl in many mediums and prices.
Show hours will be 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, March 19, and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, March 20. Admission is $8 and is good for both days. Children younger than age 12 will be admitted at no charge.
Artist of the Year
The 2022 Artist of the Year is Wayne Martin of Suffolk. Color prints of his new painting of Canada geese in snow will be given away each day….
