RICHMOND—In-person early voting will begin statewide September 18, for the November 3 General Election at Voter Registration offices.
In Lancaster County, the Voter Registration Office, 8311 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster, will be open from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, as well as Saturdays, October 24 and 31. The office also will be open from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sundays, October 18 and 25.
In Northumberland County, the Voter Registration Office, 45 Back Street, Heathsville will be open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, as well as Saturdays, October 24 and 31. The office also will be open from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sundays, October 18 and 25.
Registered voters also may cast an absentee ballot by mail. To receive a ballot by mail, voters must submit an application form, available at www.elections.virginia.gov, www.lancova.com/vote, or www.co.northumberland.va.us/1215/Electoral-Board. The deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail is October 23.,,,,,,
