LIVELY—Funeral services for Wardell Carter of Warsaw, formerly of Lancaster, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 30, 2021, at the Rappahannock Church of Christ, 4324 Richmond Road, Warsaw, with Rev. Peyton Waller, pastor of the New St. Johns Baptist Church, Kilmarnock, officiating.
Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, July 29, at the Berry O. Waddy Funeral Home, Burgess Chapel, 14476 Northumberland Highway, Burgess, and at the church on Friday an hour prior to the service.
