Watermen’s Boots Preview Party
The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce on June 27 hosted a preview party to view the 15 pairs of boots that are a part of the Watermen’s Way public art project honoring the heritage of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries.
