Westmoreland County awarded $100,000 in GO Virginia Funds to identify business sites

Westmoreland County was recently awarded $100,000 by the Growth and Opportunity Funds (GO Virginia) Region 6 Council for a “Northern Neck Sites Inventory” planning grant.

The funding will be used to conduct a coordinated sites inventory and prioritization for both Westmoreland and Lancaster counties in partnership with Colonial Beach, Montross and Kilmarnock.

Site Development is one of the four investment themes eligible for GO Virginia funding….
