The Westmoreland Players recently announced auditions for three upcoming shows.
The auditions will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, October 22, and 6:30 to 9 p.m. Monday, October 23, at the Westmoreland Players Theatre, 16217 Richmond Road, Callao.
Auditions also will conducted at other times by appointment, reported artistic director Glenn Evans. For an appointment, call 529-9345.
There are dozens of roles for ages 13 and older, all ethnicities, males and females, said Evans. No preparation is necessary.
Now is also the time to sign up to work backstage, he said.
The Westmoreland Players plan to stage “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner,” January 13 and 14; “Foxfire,” May 5 through 20; and “The Fortune Hunters,” August 4 through 19.
“Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner” will be the Players’ Directors’ Showcase featuring Glenn and Joy Evans in the leading roles.
