OPHELIA—The death of a Maryland woman whose body was found in Northumberland County has been ruled as an accidental drowning, according to a preliminary report from the state Medical Examiner’s Office.
“At this point, we have no answers as to why Ms. (Louise) Cox traveled to Northumberland County,” said Northumberland County Sheriff John A. Beauchamp.
