WSCON to host group book study

White Stone Church of the Nazarene recently announced a community group book study on The Covenant: A Study of God’s Extraordinary Love for You, beginning September 23.

The study will be held from 9-10:30 a.m. at the church, 57 Whisk Drive, White Stone.

In The Covenant, author Jim Garlow explains, with passion and possibility, the importance and meaning of the covenant ritual and shows how this ceremony provides the foundation for everything Christians believe, reported discipleship pastor Judi Sifferd.

The powerful revelations Garlow presents could impact and transform one’s life and forever change one’s knowledge and appreciation of the Christian faith, said Sifferd. This powerful study will dramatically enrich one’s understanding of God’s nature and love for his people and reveal a whole new appreciation for God’s amazing story and the beautiful, incredible, breathtaking sacrifice that Christ made so God’s covenant would not be broken.

Paul Sciaccitano and Bob David will serve as facilitators.
