The Northern Neck Family YMCA, 39 William B. Graham Court, Kilmarnock, will offer a “Happy Healthy Holiday Cooking Class” from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 6. Nutrition and health coach Kim Diaz will create energizing and nourishing dishes with seasonal, local, whole foods.
Samples of the dishes prepared will be enjoyed and recipe handouts are included for all who attend. The class is free for members and $10 for others. Register by December 4 at the YMCA, or 435-0223.
